Janice McCormick, EDD
Founder and President
For more than 25 years, Jan McCormick has served in assessment, training
development, technology and media production capacities in business and educational settings.
Focused on organizational systems development, Dr. McCormick founded FullCircle Communications in 1993
to address the need for frontline leadership training programs in business. Ultimately specializing in job readiness and retention, she has worked extensively with disabled, disadvantaged, and at-risk populations
as an advocate and job coach. Following 2-years of hands-on research and development
with disabled veterans, Dr. McCormick launched the CARMEN: Career-Mentor Program to help
other job and career counselors address work readiness factors.
Prior to founding FullCircle, she served as Vice President Support Group for the productivity and quality management company, Alexander Proudfoot PLC, West Palm Beach, Fla.,
in key management roles both as Executive Editor of the Quality Update magazine for sister company Philip Crosby Associates, and directing marketing and media production for the worldwide family of companies.
Dr. McCormick earned her Doctorate in Adult Education and Masters in Educational Technology from the University of Arkansas while serving on faculty and researching the factors impacting selected business, industry and government organizations contracting for executive and management development.
She launched her professional career in the public school system after receiving
her Bachelor of Science from Missouri Southern State University.
Robert Christiansen, CPA, PA
Chief Financial OfficerBob Christiansen brings to the table a special
blend of expertise beyond the usual scope of business operations with almost 30 years
of experience ranging from Fortune 500 and Private 100 business labor relations,
to managing chief financial responsibilities for a multi-state senior living
facilities company. A veteran of employee programs including ESOP, compensation
and benefits, and safety and risk management, Mr. Christiansen provides added
value and insight to the job readiness equation promoting the employer-employee
agenda.
A true supporter of small business owners, Mr. Christiansen has twice been
recognized by the Small Business Administration as Accountant Advocate of the Year for his work with
small businesses in Arkansas.
He
earned his Bachelors in Labor Relations from Kansas State
University and Masters in Accounting from the
University
of Arkansas, and is a Certified Public
Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Arkansas Society of CPAs and the National Association of
Certified Valuation Analysts.
