Jan McCormick, Ed.D., GCDFI is the founder and CEO of FullCircle Career Services, LLC. She has spent the past 18 years studying the job readiness factors that impact gaining and maintaining employment.
Her Job Readiness Assessment (JRA) has been used extensively since 1997 by schools, agencies and non-profits helping new grads, unemployed, disabled and at-risk populations including veterans, single parents, teens and ex-offenders.
Dr. Jan is the author and producer of the award winning hybrid training program More Than Ready: 7 Proven Techniques for Job Winners (2014). She is also the author and producer of the Telly Award winning video series The 7 Savvy Secrets of Job Winners (2008).
Dr. Jan is known for her high-energy workshops and provides a JobLingo teaching and certification program for helping professionals who want to facilitate her work on job readiness, soft skills development and personal success strategies.
Dr. McCormick earned her Doctorate in Adult Education and Masters in Educational Technology from the University of Arkansas and Bachelor of Science from Missouri Southern State University. She is also a CCE certified Global Career Development Facilitator, Instructor (GCDFI).
